The Housing Authority of the City Oxnard (OHA) last accepted Mainstream Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Casa Aliento Apartments from February 19, 2024 at 9:00 am, until March 7, 2024 at 4:00 pm PT.

Please note: According to the OHA public notice "Eligibility for the program is limited to individuals and families who meet the 30% area median income limit (Area Medium Income Level: (Oxnard-Thousand Oaks-Ventura CA MSA) Persons in Family FY2023 Income Limit : 1 Person - $27,900 ) and who meet the definition of “homeless” as defined under Section 103 of the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act. Mainstream Project Based Vouchers Only: In addition to criteria above, applicant must be disabled and non-elderly (at least 18 years of age and no more than 62)."
